Refund policy
Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the returned product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, the return will be declined and sent back to you.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs (both for the initial delivery and the return) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@qtek-1.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
